Staging for a Calgary SE Bungalow8 Photos
When the sellers decided to put their revenue property on the market, it needed a lot of TLC, after 5 years of being a rental. Light renovations were needed to freshen up the space, that included repainting all the walls and ceilings, replacing old light fixtures with contemporary LED discs and new carpeting. With a quirky layout and a kitchen past the expiration date, the sellers realized that they needed help with this property. The best option for this fixer upper was to transform the bungalow into turn key condition. As there was no budget for a new kitchen, the cupboards where freshened up with a new coat of paint and the laminate countertops where treated with a specialized coating. Staging was utilized to show off the home's unique features and resulted in an offer after only 2 days on the market.

The sellers decided not to renovate the kitchen, but still wanted it to be in turn key condition to allow for the future buyer to put in a new kitchen to their taste. Staging helps to create the potential for this space.
